A1ECOWAS is a strategic business partner that brings its project development, field and procurement experience from several geographies to Senegal and selected ECOWAS countries, managing the trade and investment relationships between Türkiye and this region.

Our strength today rests on experience gained through years of fieldwork in two distinct geographies.
A1ECOWAS’s present strength in the Senegal and ECOWAS region rests on the solution partnership experience we gained in Central Asia — particularly in Turkmenistan-based projects — and on the operational depth we developed in Chinese procurement processes.

Across numerous Turkmenistan-based projects we gained substantial field experience in defining requirements accurately, identifying suitable manufacturers, suppliers and implementers, bringing the parties together and coordinating processes towards a defined outcome.
Operational depth
In the procurement of goods, equipment and technology from China we command the critical stages: manufacturer research, supplier verification, technical and commercial comparison, quality control, and the coordination of logistics and delivery.
